We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded student, focusing on HR and ready to apply its knowledge into real life. You will be responsible for finding motivated people that fit into our work culture. Together with our founder you will then give job interviews and you are responsible for helping the new team members to start their work at Flattrust. Next to that, your task is to write the job offers, that are good enough to already sort out a lot of unfitting candidates.
You will learn what it means to find the right people for the specific tasks at hand. You will learn to understand people and their motivation and skills quickly. Next to that, you will get a lot from working in a creative startup environment, close with the founder, so you will be able to bring many of your own ideas into practice!
